Services for the parents, guardians and sponsors of overseas students
Monitoring and reporting of academic progress (Prog-Pack)
In this package of services, Care4Students will hold meetings and make reports as follows:
- Quarterly meetings with the student to discuss all matters of academic progress and the provision of written reports of these meetings to the parent, guardian or sponsor.
- Obtaining six monthly written progress reports from the university supervisor or tutor, and the forwarding of these reports to the parent, guardian or sponsor.
- An annual meeting with the university supervisor, and both written and telephone reporting thereafter to the parent, guardian or sponsor.
- Rapid telephone reporting to the parent, guardian or sponsor should Care4Students have any concerns at any time regarding the academic progress of the student.
