Provision of pastoral care and the reporting of personal wellbeing (Well-Pack)

• Quarterly meetings with the student to discuss all matters of personal wellbeing and the provision of written reports of these meetings to the parent, guardian or sponsor.
  
  
• Access by students to the Care4Students Telephone Helpline (during office hours) to enable them to seek advice on any matter of their academic progress or personal wellbeing.
  
  
• Access by students to the Care4Students On-line Questions and Answers Service (this is not an automated service – all queries are personally answered within 24 hours by one of Care4Students experienced advisors).
  
  
• Rapid telephone reporting to the parent, guardian or sponsor should Care4Students have any concerns at any time regarding the personal wellbeing of the student.
