Recruitment and Admissions

Care4Students sub-agency staff interview every prospective student, ensuring that all relevant eligibility criteria are met for the applicant’s chosen course of study, hence filtering out all unsuitable candidates. In this way only high quality, suitably qualified and compatible applicants are submitted via the Care4Students office to the chosen HEI.

In some cases Care4Students has been authorised by UK HEIs to make on-the-spot offers of admission, subject to receipt of appropriate paperwork by the HEI, and this has been shown to be a very powerful recruitment tool.

All sub-agency staff undergo set-up training with Care4Students and thereafter are kept fully informed of institutional developments via Care4Students’ web portal and e-bulletin services, in addition to links to specific parts of HEI web sites.

Furthermore, all sub-agencies undergo annual performance monitoring to ensure that recruitment standards are maintained and that partner HEI expectations are met in full. At all times Care4Students’ sub-agencies will follow relevant HEI policies and will work within the British Council’s Code of Practice for International Student Recruitment and Admission.

Care4Students also provides a wide range of services to prospective and recruited students themselves. One aspect of which is the Application Package (our so-called ‘App-Pack’) which provides advice and assistance in preparing and submitting an application to a UK university, along with assistance in arranging accommodation within the UK.
